Rexilion API authentication

Use the X-API-Key header for Rexilion API reads. Keys are created from the authenticated Rexilion account after access is active.

Basic API supports 1h and 1d reads from 30 min, 100k monthly credits, and 30/min pacing. Research supports deeper history, 1h and 1d reads from 30 min, 500k monthly credits, and 120/min pacing. Premium supports 10m, 1h, and 1d reads, full supported history, 2M monthly credits, 600/min pacing, and real-time closed-bucket access. Usage warning email is sent at 90%. Enterprise is custom.
